"A little embarrassed by the rough shifting"
I’m kind of embarrassed to admit how many times I’ve stalled or fumbled with this, but the shifting just feels rough. The gears seem to slip more often than I expected, which makes the whole ride feel a bit awkward.

"Looks a Bit Messy and Takes Too Many Steps"
The site works, but it feels a little outdated and cluttered to me. Some pages are crowded, the colors don’t really go together, and it just doesn’t have the modern look I expected from a biking shop. I also got a bit frustrated because finding products and getting through the site felt like it took too many steps. It’s not unusable, just not very enjoyable to browse. A cleaner layout, better product photos, and a simpler process would help a lot.

I mean, for what I paid it’s not bad at all. The bike rides decent, but a few parts do feel kinda cheap and not super solid. It’s not amazing or anything, but it get the job done

"Sizing felt little off for me"
The bike itself is fine and rides good, but the size guide didn’t really line up with what I was expecting. I’m usually stuck between sizes, so I went with the one they suggested, but the reach feels a bit too long for me.
Support did answer my questions, so that part was okay. I just wish the fit info was little clearer before ordering, because choosing a size online is already kind of gamble.

"Quick help made my order less stressful"
I had a question about my order on momentum-biking.com, so I sent them a message. I thought it might take a while to hear back.

They replied the same day, and because they actually answered my question clearly, I didn’t have to keep guessing what was going on. I had one follow-up too, and they explained that just as well.

It was a simple thing, but it made the whole order feel a lot easier. Fast replies and helpful support made a big difference for me

"Packed well, despite the box getting abused"
With my luck, I expected the bike parts to show up damaged because the box looked like it had been tossed around a bit. But somehow everything inside was totally fine, no dents, nothing loose, and the packaging was actually really solid. I was ready to be disappointed, but they packed it well enough that nothing went wrong for once

"Not gonna lie, solid assist overall"
Not gonna lie, the motor assist is really helpful, especially on hills. It pulls well and makes climbs a lot easier. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it can kick in just a tiny bit late sometimes, but it’s not a huge deal

"Battery range is just okay, but the policy feels a bit slippery"
The battery dies faster than I was expecting. It’s not terrible, but I thought I’d get a bit more range out of it. What’s frustrating is that when you try to ask about it, there always seems to be some little policy loophole that makes it not really covered or not worth dealing with. Kind of annoying.

I booked what was supposed to be a basic service, but uh, the repair ended up taking way longer than I expected. I also didn’t get many updates along the way, which was frustrating. The bike was okay afterward, but not great.

My bike did arrive in decent condition, so no major complaints there. The main issue was the shipping experience itself. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a few days, which made it a little frustrating because I wasn’t sure what was going on. Based on that, I’d probably order again, but only if I didn’t need it quickly

Got my bike a little later than I was hoping for, but it was packed really well and there wasn’t any damage. The box had a few scuffs on it, but nothing major, bike was totally fine

"Warranty claim sorted ridiculously fast"
I had a small issue with one of my bike parts, so I sent in a warranty claim not really expecting much. They got back to me the same day, asked for a couple of photos, and had the replacement sorted out quickly. it was ridiculously easy and there was no hassle at all. Really happy with how it went.

"Struggles on steep climbs"
I wanted to like this bike more, but it just feels WAY too heavy when I’m trying to get up steeper hills. On flat roads it’s fine, but once the climb kicks in, you really notice the weight

"Solid Help from the Local Dealer"
I was trying to track down the right part for my bike and wasn’t totally sure where to start, so I used the dealer info on momentum-biking.com and called the closest shop. My gut feeling right away was that I’d reached the right place, they were friendly, understood what I needed, and helped me avoid wasting a bunch of time.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the website could be a little clearer about what’s in stock and the service hours. But overall, the shop support was easy to deal with and left me feeling good about the whole experience.

"Brakes felt weak"
I was already feeling mentally drained, so dealing with brakes that didn’t feel like they had much stopping power just made the whole drive more stressful. They felt weak and didn’t give me much confidence.

"Right size, wrong color"
The order was mostly correct and the size was right, but one item came in the wrong color. It’s not a huge issue, but it does make me a little less confident about ordering again
